  • The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for customer relationship building to convert sales.
  • The ISR will establish timely contact with qualified leads and educate customers.
  • Proactively manage their pipeline to generate new business from both new and existing customers.
  • High performers will be offered opportunities to develop as a licensed real estate salesperson.
  • Compensated with an uncapped commission structure for exceeding targets.
  • Manage high production volume with focus and effectiveness.
  • Win over customers with charisma, intelligence, and knowledge of home repairs.
  • Meet monthly sales and production goals.
  • Improve sales skills on an ongoing basis to increase success rate.

Requirements

  • Remote sales experience.
  • Entrepreneurial drive.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Real estate experience a plus.
  • Four-year degree a plus; sales experience will offset.
  • The desire for ownership and success within the role.
  • Track record of high achievement in a sales environment.
  • Strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
  • Respect for detail-oriented, data-driven sales processes.
