Overview

Bosch Romania is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to support our legal team covering Romania and Bulgaria. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of legal areas relevant to a multinational corporation, including but not limited to commercial contracts, corporate projects, antitrust, and intellectual property.

In Short

• Conduct legal research on Romanian law and relevant EU regulations.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Support the legal team in corporate and commercial matters.
• Prepare legal memoranda and presentations.
• Monitor legal developments relevant to Bosch's operations.
• Assist with administrative tasks and document management.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls.
• Maintain good collaboration with internal clients.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a J.D. or LLM program at an accredited law school in Romania.
• Strong academic performance.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Fluency in Romanian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in commercial law, compliance, and international business.
