Senior Process Excellence Analyst for Digital Services - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking and technology-oriented process analyst to join our CoE Operations Excellence.

In Short

• In-depth process analysis at operational level
• Conduct process mapping and value stream design
• Provide process documentation with focus on process execution (SOP)
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, inefficiencies, or other areas of concern
• Evaluate the potential for process standardization, streamlining and automation
• Conduct root-cause analysis of problems
• Identify improvement opportunities; propose solutions, prepare their business cases incl. efficiency-gains and cost savings
• Implement approach for continuous improvement of operations
• Assess effectiveness of key performance indicators, adapt/propose more effective ones
• Provide effective KPIs for operations steering as well as the correspondent reporting

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, engineering or similar
• Experience in the analysis of business processes at operational level
• Experience in optimization, streamlining projects and with IT trends as automation, mining, AI, machine learning
• Experience in developing business cases and estimating efficiency gains
• Knowledge on methodology for derivation of key performance indicators
• Experience in operations excellence methods such as BPS methods, six-sigma, lean management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Resilience for organizational development
