In-depth process analysis at operational level
Conduct process mapping and value stream design
Provide process documentation with focus on process execution (SOP)
Identify bottlenecks, waste, inefficiencies, or other areas of concern
Evaluate the potential for process standardization, streamlining and automation
Conduct root-cause analysis of problems
Identify improvement opportunities; propose solutions, prepare their business cases incl. efficiency-gains and cost savings
Implement approach for continuous improvement of operations
Assess effectiveness of key performance indicators, adapt/propose more effective ones
Provide effective KPIs for operations steering as well as the correspondent reporting

Requirements

Degree in business administration, engineering or similar
Experience in the analysis of business processes at operational level
Experience in optimization, streamlining projects and with IT trends as automation, mining, AI, machine learning
Experience in developing business cases and estimating efficiency gains
Knowledge on methodology for derivation of key performance indicators
Experience in operations excellence methods such as BPS methods, six-sigma, lean management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Resilience for organizational development
Pro-active, autonomous and result-driven
Team player and open to work in an international environment
