Junior Data Analyst - Service Excellence - Remote

Overview

Rentokil Initial Italia is looking for a brilliant Data Analyst to support the Service Excellence Manager in analyzing and interpreting data aimed at improving performance and service quality.

• Extraction, processing, and creation of databases with custom coding.
• Support and management of periodic reporting and digital tools linked to created databases.
• Contract analysis aimed at reviewing and optimizing service frequencies.
• Productivity analysis to enhance service performance and cost containment.
• Collaboration in implementing corporate projects.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field obtained in the last two years (Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of IT tools, particularly Office/Google Sheets, R, Python, BigQuery, Data Studio.
• Knowledge of programming languages in the statistical field.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Goal-oriented with good communication and relational skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense is a plus.
