Overview

You will connect with K-6 schools to introduce the Book Blast program, coordinate brief Zoom presentations for principals and school leaders, and help more students build home libraries. This is a high-quality outbound sales role focused on scheduling attended presentations with the right decision makers.

• Call and email school contacts to introduce Book Blast and schedule presentations.
• Confirm attendance, send calendar invites, and handle reschedules.
• Encourage principal participation and ensure the right stakeholders are in the room.
• Log activities, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot.
• Follow compliant outreach practices respecting school policies.
• Share insights from conversations to improve messaging.
• Special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ year of outbound phone-based inside sales experience.
• Clear, warm communication and active listening skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Comfort using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Coachable mindset with openness to feedback.
