Support Engineer T3 (Ruby on Rails) - Remote

• Resolve tickets with clear, concise, empathetic communication.
• Identify, debug, and escalate higher priority issues.
• Monitor alerts and mitigate customer-facing issues.
• Actively involved in high-urgency incidents.
• Engineer accurate solutions for customers.
• Follow up with engineers and customers for issue resolution.
• Conduct continuous ticket quality assurance.
• Investigate complex customer problems involving data integrity.
• Help build and improve debugging and escalation protocols.
• Understand and delight customers' needs.

Requirements

• Experience in customer support or related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs.
• Team player with a growth mindset.
