Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis based in Port Melbourne, responsible for logistical functions and ensuring timely supply of parts to the production area.

In Short

• Perform stock transactions using ERP System
• Ensure timely supply of parts and equipment
• Maintain ERP system accuracy
• Identify potential shortages impacting schedules
• Support scrap and spares replacement
• Prepare and participate in stock takes
• Assist with stock purges of discrepancies
• Ship deliverable parts as per requirements
• Provide job training where required
• Adhere to safety requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing/logistics/warehouse coordinator role
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of SAP desired
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to 5S and Lean principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Prepared to work in a changing environment
