Overview

As the Regional Sales Director, you will be a player manager responsible for owning a limited number of accounts and leading the sales territory and organization focused on both Microsoft Small Medium Corporate (SMC) and Enterprise clients. Your responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies tailored to these segments, driving team success, and achieving revenue targets.

  • Implement and execute go-to-market strategy.

  • Oversee territory sales analytics, reporting cadence, and detailed sales forecasts.
  • Track team performance metrics and review cadence.

  • Develop and support strategic partnerships and channels.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Microsoft.
  • Ability to create and articulate program and execution strategies.
  • Proven ability to deliver sustainable sales results.
  • Proven sales success through channel partner programs and direct sales.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of networking infrastructure and cybersecurity industry.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in the Germany cyber market.
  • Successful team-building background.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Ability to travel within Germany.
