Overview

The Spend Optimization Manager at Bluesight is responsible for maintaining and supporting accounts throughout the customer journey, ensuring hospitals maximize their pharmacy savings opportunities through consistent engagement and expert insights.

• Primary contact for assigned CostCheck customers.
• Drive engagement through regular communications and training.
• Monitor pharmacy savings performance and develop strategies.
• Conduct analysis of customer pharmacy spend and present insights.
• Maintain the CostCheck Engagement Playbook.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Lead webinars and presentations to promote savings opportunities.
• Represent the pharmacy customer voice internally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, pharmacy, or healthcare management.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician or Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.
• 5+ years in hospital pharmacy purchasing or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with pharmacy cost savings programs and GPOs.
• Experience in customer engagement or account management.
• Strong financial and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
