Senior Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Engineer & Technical Account Manager to join our team. This hybrid role is critical in providing advanced technical support for Citrix, virtualization, storage, and Cisco UCS environments while serving as a strategic partner to some of our most important customers.

In Short

• Manage Citrix solutions, including Citrix Cloud, Citrix DaaS, XenApp, and XenDesktop environments.
• Support Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing and security configurations.
• Manage VMware infrastructures and ensure system interoperability.
• Troubleshoot networking configurations related to Citrix systems.
• Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for technical issues.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for key customers.
• Manage incident and problem management processes using ITIL methodologies.
• Coordinate with offshore NOC teams for monitoring and management.
• Analyze operational reports and present recommendations to customers.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Citrix technologies and VMware.
• Strong networking skills with firewalls and load balancers.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience managing offshore teams or NOCs.
• Relevant certifications in Citrix, VMware, or Cisco.
• Knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud deployment models.
