Overview

The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing consultative sales support, understanding business objectives, and ensuring high-end solutions for prospective clients in the telecommunications sector.

In Short

  • Supports sales team through technical consulting activities.
  • Interfaces with customers to determine technical requirements.
  • Designs wireless and data network solutions.
  • Prepares technical proposals and documentation.
  • Conducts customer site surveys for service installations.
  • Provides technical sales support for customer integration.
  • Evaluates technical partners for product offerings.
  • Develops and implements technical training for sales teams.
  • Must communicate technical information effectively.
  • Requires extensive experience in telecom networking.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of Sales Solutions Architecting experience.
  • Experience in designing WiFi solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with networking fundamentals related to routers and switches.
  • Consultative approach to customer solutions.
  • Experience with VoIP and signaling protocols.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • CCNA, CCDA, CCNP certifications preferred.
