The MSP Client Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality onsite technical support to clients while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their business needs are met through technology.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Familiarity with ITSM and RMM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Experience in client relationship management.
  • Ability to educate clients on technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
