The Customer Service Assistant will provide customer service and administrative support for Bloomsbury Academic and Professional Division, handling inquiries and processing requests.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service is desired.
  • Experience with FreshDesk or similar ticketing software is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word.
