Overview

The Customer Service Assistant Manager will be responsible for helping the Customer Service Manager manage a growing team of Customer Service Representatives by building a strong team culture, assisting with the implementation of new processes, as well as monitoring and reporting metrics.

In Short

  • Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
  • Monitor KPIs and team performance.
  • Serve as a backup for team members and the Customer Service Manager.
  • Oversee daily operations and track metrics.
  • Diagnose issues and escalate to management.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Facilitate communication between departments.
  • Adapt processes as needed for improvement.
  • Build relationships and trust within the team.

Requirements

  • College or University degree preferred.
  • 2 years of call center experience.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience mandatory.
  • High speed Wi-Fi connection.
  • No recent disciplinary actions regarding attendance or performance.
