In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing large enterprise deals.
  • Research target organizations and identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations that align with customer goals.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales activity documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for strategy refinement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Bring passion and professionalism to every interaction.
  • Travel to conferences and meet prospects as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payer or provider enterprise sales.
  • Consistent achievement of sales quotas.
  • Deep familiarity with value-based care and Medicare/Medicaid.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing startup environment.
  • Skilled at building trust in complex health systems.
  • Existing network within the payer/provider ecosystem preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software like HubSpot.
  • Comfortable with travel for meetings and conferences.
