Service Design and Transition Manager - Remote

Overview

The Service Design and Transition Manager will work closely with the Service Design and Transition Lead to develop and implement strategies for service design and transition, ensuring high quality and consistency across multiple clients.

In Short

• Provide input to Managed Service Design and Transition Strategy.
• Develop templated Service Design, Transition & Acceptance processes.
• Align Service Design and Transition to business processes.
• Create artefacts for Service Discovery, Design, and Transition.
• Conduct service support maturity assessments.
• Define Service Support Scope and Model.
• Agree on Service Level Agreements and Support Runbook content.
• Build and maintain Service Transition plans.
• Provide support and mentoring to team members.
• Support recruitment and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in ITIL service process architecture.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Experience in Service Operations across Managed Services.
• Track record in delivering Continuous Service Improvements.
• Experience with service management toolsets.
• Ability to mentor and guide team members.
