Overview

As a Sales Executive Team Lead at BizAway, you will play a crucial role in leading a small team of Sales Executives while also actively closing deals yourself, contributing to the company's growth in the Nordic market.

In Short

  • Lead a team of Sales Executives and close deals personally.
  • Negotiate with potential clients from Discovery to Implementation.
  • Present solutions to various stakeholders including C-Levels and HR Directors.
  • Conduct live demos of the platform for qualified prospects.
  • Run outbound campaigns to generate sales pipeline.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members during sales calls.
  • Forecast sales revenue and maintain visibility of the deal pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the SDR Team to enhance pipeline quality.
  • Propose strategies to improve the sales process.

Requirements

  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Native level proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a top-performing Account Executive in a tech company.
  • Strong proactivity and a “no excuses” attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Fintech, Travel, or Scale-ups is desirable.
