Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Technology Talent Acquisition.
• 1+ years of experience as a KOL BDM headhunter in the crypto exchange industry.
• Strong knowledge of crypto exchange concepts, such as futures trading.
• Proficiency in headhunting candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and Telegram.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
