Senior Legal Counsel - Crypto Licensing - Remote

Overview

As our Senior Legal Counsel, you will lead crypto licensing applications across the UAE and Europe, guiding the business through complex regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end virtual asset licensing processes in the UAE & EU
• Provide legal advice on MiCA, AML/CFT, and other regulatory frameworks
• Draft legal documents, internal policies, and compliance strategies
• Liaise with regulators, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience required
• Strong exposure to UAE crypto regulation and European frameworks
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) is necessary
• UAE/EU bar admission is a plus
• Work mode is remote or onsite in Dubai

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of legal experience (can include internships)
• Strong exposure to UAE crypto regulation and European frameworks (e.g., MiCA, BaFin)
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
• Law degree (LLB or equivalent); UAE/EU bar admission is a plus
