In Short

• Full subordination to the general counsel in all matters.
• Interaction with various teams on legal and business issues.
• Cooperation with the Business Development team from negotiations to deal closure.
• Public speaking at events on relevant topics.
• Evaluation of marketing materials for compliance.
• Monitoring legislation and case law to ensure compliance.
• Performing government relations functions.

Requirements

• USA located.
• Legal degree from ABA-approved school.
• Active license in a U.S state.
• 7+ years of PQE in relevant fields.
• Deep legal experience in tech and finance.
• Experience in cryptocurrency and Web3.
• Hands-on experience with decentralized projects.
• Understanding of industry practices.
• Proven GR experience with institutional clients.
• Active participation in social media and conferences.
