Senior Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing legal counsel within an international software company, which has a strong market presence and operates in over 100 countries.

In Short

• Provide cross-departmental legal advice, particularly in business and contract law.
• Act as a point of contact for the management on all legal matters.
• Support various projects with legal guidance, often in collaboration with parent company lawyers.
• Develop internal policies and contract templates.
• Conduct internal training on topics like marketing, sales, data protection, and risk management.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with two state examinations in Germany.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in an international company.
• Broad legal knowledge, ideally with experience in drafting and negotiating IT contracts.
• Understanding of business processes and decision-making flows.
• Practical and solution-oriented work style.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a focus on results.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Very good English language skills.
