Senior Legal Counsel - Remote

Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!

In Short

• Own and manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting and reviewing commercial documents.
• Act as a key point of contact for Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams.
• Help evaluate and implement a contract lifecycle management tool.
• Build scalable legal processes and resources, including training and templates.
• Support compliance with privacy programs, including GDPR.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and adapt the GRC program.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Strong work ethic and team-player mindset.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• Proficient in English at CEFR Level C2.
