Overview

The Senior Legal Counsel will provide legal support to the Transportation Business, managing a varied portfolio of legal work related to construction and engineering projects, while fostering a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• UK-qualified lawyer with experience in commercial contracts.
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Good knowledge of standard form construction contracts.
• Excellent communication skills across all business levels.
• Ability to handle a varied and busy workload.
• Proactive approach and sound commercial judgment.
• Minimum of 5 years PQE preferred.
• Ability to build close working relationships with stakeholders.
