Senior Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

This position seeks a commercially oriented in-house counsel to support business law matters within EasyVista Group, focusing on North America.

Requirements

• JD degree or equivalent with bar admission in a U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction.
• Master’s degree in business/commercial law in Europe is acceptable.
• 5-10 years of successful in-house experience.
• Exposure to U.S. government procurement rules preferred.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Interest in new technologies.
• Ability to work in a team to find operational solutions.
• Fluency in a second language (Spanish, German, Italian, or Portuguese) is a plus.
