Senior Product Owner - Remote

Overview

EasyVista is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the evolution of two strategic solutions within our portfolio: EV Reach (Remote Support & Endpoint Management) and EV Discovery (Automatic Discovery & Dependency Mapping).

In Short

• Own the Product Backlog, defining and prioritizing based on business needs.
• Translate high-level roadmap objectives into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive Agile execution.
• Engage customers and stakeholders for feedback and demos.
• Ensure product quality meets functional expectations before release.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role required.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise IT environments.
• Comfortable in client-facing roles, managing multiple products.
• Prior experience in ITSM, ITOM, or Remote Support solutions is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of remote support technologies and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with network protocols and dependency mapping.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management mindset.
