Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers by building strong relationships and guiding them to derive maximum value from our products or services.

In Short

  • Develop and nurture relationships with assigned customers to understand their business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to facilitate product adoption.
  • Proactively engage with customers to assess satisfaction and identify needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to renew contracts and upsell.
  • Monitor customer health and usage data to mitigate churn.
  • Advocate for customers internally to drive product improvements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and industry trends.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant technical field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
