Overview

As a Senior Product Owner at Blend, you will play a key role in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the development team delivers value to clients while collaborating closely with stakeholders.

• Define and prioritize product backlog based on stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with development team to ensure timely delivery of backlog items.
• Maintain sprint goals and user stories aligned with business priorities.
• Communicate requirements to platform architects and developers.
• Coordinate cross-domain work for loyalty platform.
• Create backlog of development-ready features for the loyalty platform.
• Identify performance improvement needs.
• Present at program review meetings.
• Map out schedules for discovery, design, development, and launch.
• Monitor product development progress and adjust roadmap as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in IT.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Familiarity with Cloud services (AWS preferred).
• Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
