Senior Product Owner - Remote

Humana is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Owner to join the IT AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) Readiness program leadership. This is a highly visible role responsible for ensuring the resiliency and capacity of Humana’s IT systems during peak business seasons.

In Short

• Collaborate across business and technical teams to drive data-informed decisions.
• Develop executive-level reporting and ensure seamless performance of critical systems.
• Maximize value delivered by Agile teams by defining and prioritizing work.
• Gather and analyze call, chat, and FTE projections.
• Translate business projections into actionable insights for IT capacity and performance testing.
• Lead year-over-year trend analysis and reporting.
• Drive development of dashboards and tools for program transparency.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations for senior leadership.
• Work in a remote capacity with occasional travel for training or meetings.
• Participate in a bonus incentive plan based on performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Program Manager, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills to consolidate data from diverse sources.
• Expertise in Power BI or similar tools for dashboard creation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to understand business-critical systems and seasonal demand cycles.
• Familiarity with software development and telecom technologies.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Background in capacity planning and performance testing.
