Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar membership.
• 4+ years of legal experience in commercial contracts.

• Ability to communicate with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Pragmatic, business-minded approach.
• Interest in AI is a plus.
