Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Manager Assistant to support our growing events team, ensuring the smooth execution of various events, particularly in the Web3 space.

In Short

• Assist the Event Manager in executing events across different regions.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team to collect and consolidate event-related needs.
• Liaise with vendors and venue representatives for logistics planning.
• Support on-site execution including setup and tear-down.
• Manage inventory tracking and logistics for event materials.
• Be flexible to travel for events internationally.
• Work during weekends or holidays when required.
• Proven experience in event management, especially in Web3.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting or managing events.
• Experience in exhibition booth construction and vendor management.
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
