Customer Support Representative - Remote

Overview

Bitcoin Depot is looking for a Customer Support Representative to help assist the customer experience of our customers. You will be in direct contact with customers, responsible for the customer experience lifecycle, and handling all forms of customer contact.

In Short

• Promptly answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages from customers.
• Multitask between phone, email, chat, and SMS.
• Work alongside other departments using Slack and GSuite.
• Monitor Customer “ID Approval” requests.
• Troubleshoot customer account issues.
• Fill out scam reports and monitor ATM machines.
• Process refunds for partially filled crypto orders.
• Track and interpret transactions via blockchain ledger.
• Call customers who have not completed transactions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer support or call center work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Zendesk platform preferred.
