Associate Territory Manager - Remote

Overview

The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) is responsible for providing pneumatic compression devices to patients as prescribed by physicians or referred by therapists. The Associate Territory Manager provides day-to-day support to our Clinical Territory Manager (CTM) working directly with patients and helping grow market sales.

• Provide pneumatic compression devices for the treatment of chronic diseases
• Demonstrate the benefits of the company’s products to patients and medical professionals
• Proficient in utilizing Salesforce for patient information
• Attend monthly meetings with CTM to review sales strategies
• Understand patient processes and insurance guidelines
• Follow up with patients post setup and communicate with healthcare providers
• Communicate equipment needs with corporate staff
• Train patients on proper use of devices
• Comply with HIPAA regulations
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum one year of sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proficient in MS Office and Apple products
• Excellent time management and telephone skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Able to work with diverse individuals
• Willingness to relocate within 18 months for promotion
• Ability to obtain necessary immunizations for facility access
