The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory, supporting existing business and prospecting new opportunities.

In Short

  • Achieves sales performance goals as specified in the sales/quota plan.
  • Define and identify key market opportunities and implement marketing strategies.
  • Completes sales training and stays updated on competitors and market dynamics.
  • Proficient in presenting to individuals and large groups of customers.
  • Develop territory business plan to ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  • Conducts job functions promoting high customer service levels.
  • Promotes positive team relationships and maintains open communication.
  • Attend industry conferences as needed.
  • Works within assigned expense budget.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on new programs as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written).
  • High energy, flexibility, and results-oriented individual.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong business acumen and market analysis skills.
  • 5 years’ experience in outside sales in the medical device field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications.
