Overview

The Manager, 3PL Distribution and Inventory Management is a key role as part of the Regional Logistics at BioMarin, responsible for overseeing external warehouse operations and inventory management to ensure timely delivery of lifesaving therapies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with 3PL/4PL management and cold chain logistics.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
