Overview

The Associate Director, Drug Substance Technology Transfer will lead a team responsible for establishing a best-in-class Tech Transfer team in Cork, providing technical and scientific leadership across the Manufacturing Network.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in Technology Transfer.
• Experience leading and developing effective teams.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with CAPA, FMEA, RCA tools.
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Discipline.
• PhD or master’s in a relevant field preferred.
• Broad understanding of Drug Product and Small Molecule Devices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
