Overview

The Director of Drug Product Technology Transfer at BioMarin will provide technical and scientific leadership to the Drug Product manufacturing network, ensuring successful integration of new products and technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in Biopharma, Process Development, and MSAT.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Broad understanding of Drug Product and business acumen.
• Effective decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels.
• Experience with CAPA, FMEA, and RCA tools.
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Discipline.
• PhD or master’s in science or engineering preferred.
• Experience in regulatory filing submissions.
