In Short

• Reports to: Director of Sustainability, Remediation, Data Management, and Advisory in the GEC
• Supervises a team of multidisciplinary staff
• Works closely with the SER BU Director and SER Growth Director in the UK
• Provides techno-managerial guidance to the multidisciplinary UK SER team
• Assists GEC and UK leadership in achieving business targets
• Responsible for billability and workload management
• Identifies and pursues growth opportunities
• Establishes and strengthens relationships with senior staff
• Takes ownership of project delivery
• Supports bid proposals and new business pursuits

Requirements

• BE Tech/MTech in Environmental/Mech/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• PhD preferred
• 15+ years of professional experience
• Strong technical background in Site Evaluation and Restoration
• Experience in managing staff and stakeholders
• Confident in building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Awareness of global digital and technology trends
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with PFAS is a plus
• Flexible to adopt changes as per business requirements
