Overview

Binary Defense is seeking a talented Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will act as a liaison between the customer and BD’s internal teams, providing technical expertise and recommendations to enhance customer experience.

In Short

  • Lead multiple customer initiatives for continuous service improvement.
  • Develop relationships with technical/key stakeholders.
  • Participate in QBRs and annual initiative reviews.
  • Create detailed reports and deliver presentations on security posture.
  • Advocate for customer needs and increase usage of features.
  • Identify issues in product/service functionality.
  • Assist in SOC reporting and client requests.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client incidents.
  • Keep clients informed of security trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in cybersecurity.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a high growth organization.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional certification in cybersecurity is a plus.
