Global Deputy Lead - Compliance Systems and Controls - Remote

Overview

Binance is seeking a Compliance Systems, Controls, and Data Science/Technology leader to serve as the deputy manager to the Head of Compliance Systems and Controls. This role involves growing and developing the team to deliver systems, controls, and technology solutions within our Compliance division.

In Short

• Solid knowledge in Compliance Control with expertise to develop compliance systems.
• Transversal knowledge in compliance controls including name screening and KYC/KYB.
• Ability to apply data science and analytics frameworks to enhance compliance processes.
• Capability to optimize compliance models and thresholds.
• Ensure change control processes comply with regulatory standards.
• Develop and oversee a model validation program.
• Develop MIS to drive team efficiencies.
• Optimize Customer Risk Scoring Models.
• Consult on enhancements to case management platforms.
• Coach team leads on project management skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in Compliance.
• 5+ years in Compliance Systems development/improvement.
• Hands-on management style to lead teams.
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Compliance-related certifications preferred.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Knowledge in crypto/digital currencies.
• Experience in structured problem-solving and communication skills.
