Control Systems Lead - Remote

Overview

The Control Systems Lead (CSL) is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Material Handling Equipment (MHE) control systems to ensure operational performance and efficiency in a modern facility.

In Short

• Focus on maintaining MHE control systems.
• Troubleshoot and modify software for PLC/PC controllers.
• Provide support to Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Promote a safe working environment.
• Monitor MHE metrics and resolve equipment issues.
• Partner with Facility Operations and equipment vendors.
• Act as technical consultant for capital projects.
• Communicate technical issues and project timelines.
• Lead and assist other technicians.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in control systems.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, and VFD programming.
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Leadership and project management experience.
• 4+ years in Electrical field or Control Systems development.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks.
• Experience with conveyors and sortation systems.
