• Lead the development and execution of a multi-year vision and strategy for innovative Risk solutions and platforms.
• Shape and advance the product vision and roadmap for Compliance and Regulatory Risk.

• Work closely with engineers and compliance teams.

• 5+ years of product management experience in Payments or Fintech.
• Hands-on experience managing payment risk products.
• Expertise in Compliance and Regulatory Risk Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or related experience in Payments, Fintech, or consumer/business financial services.
• Hands-on experience managing payment risk products.
• Expertise in Compliance and Regulatory Risk Management.
• A proven ability to deliver high-value products.
• Strong track record of thriving in matrixed organizations.
• A customer-obsessed mindset.
• Expertise in vision setting and roadmap development.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies.
• A BS or university degree; MBA is a plus.
