The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, with the ability to design and implement complex solutions that enhance our customer service capabilities.

• Design scalable and efficient Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce, with 4+ years as a Service Cloud Architect.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.
• Experience with integration tools and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented and organized with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in large scale Salesforce implementations.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
