Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce, with 4+ years as a Service Cloud Architect.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.
• Proficient in force.com, Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Lightning web Components.
• Experience with integration tools and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented and organized with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in large scale Salesforce implementations.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
