Requirements

• 3+ years in technical consulting and project management.
• 2+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud).
• Expert in designing Service Cloud solutions.
• Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics preferred.
• Ability to document technical requirements and understand solutions leveraging Apex and VisualForce.
• Experience leading Salesforce project deployments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full English proficiency required.
• Ability to travel internationally.
