Overview

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead the re-architecture and optimization of Honor’s Salesforce implementation, ensuring that it is scalable, reliable, and aligned with the needs of both corporate teams and Franchise Owners.

Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce Architecture and System Design.
• Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Expertise in Salesforce APIs and external integrations.
• Deep understanding of data governance and reporting.
• Ability to standardize workflows across multiple locations.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and training skills.
• Experience in process optimization and automation.
• Understanding of data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI-powered process automation is a plus.
• Background in business process reengineering is preferred.
