Salesforce Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Salesforce Solution Architect at NeuraFlash, you will be responsible for bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by working with customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, and design, develop, QA and launch their solutions.

In Short

• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
• Translate customer requirements into Salesforce design
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
• Develop technical requirements and specifications
• Drive best practice UX design
• Manage all aspects of projects and customer communications
• Deliver customer end user training and documentation
• Oversee successful completion of all aspects of assigned projects
• Lead vision and strategy discussions with leadership
• Partner with the AI team to create innovative solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years project experience in technical consulting and project management
• 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration
• Expert in designing Service Cloud solutions
• Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics preferred
• Ability to document requirements for technical resources
• Experience leading multiple Salesforce Project deployments
• Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle
• Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
