Salesforce Architect - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will establish the Salesforce architecture working directly with business analysts and developers to design, develop, and implement a flexible, rapidly innovating Salesforce solution that uses modern best practices including Lightning components and browser-side controller concepts.

In Short

• Collaborate with product engineering, operations, and clinical teams.
• Collect business requirements and document the design.
• Be a technical lead throughout the development lifecycle.
• Setup a solid servicing platform and design API-driven integrations.
• Ensure best practices are followed for a stable Salesforce environment.
• Drive architecture to meet agility needs while scaling.
• Design, develop, and oversee software through the SDLC.
• Work across teams to understand the impact of technical choices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Force.com (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning).
• Experience resolving integration issues and maintaining platform complexity.
• Proven experience in establishing Salesforce best practices.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data structure and flows.
• Agile development experience and leveraging Salesforce for innovation.
• Technical leadership experience.
• Experience with secure development practices (SAML, OAuth).
• Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I and II).
• Preferred: Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect.
