Overview

TTEC Digital seeks a Salesforce Architect to join our growing Salesforce Practice. This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity! The Salesforce Architect is intended to drive the technical side of the integrated solutions provided to our clients.

In Short

• Identify, build, and integrate various technologies to provide client solutions using Salesforce.com
• Develop solutions based on specifications
• Create high-quality solutions for clients
• Collaborate on design
• Maintain positive relationships with internal groups
• Deliver results on development projects
• Produce technical documentation
• Provide product consulting across the Salesforce platform
• Participate in training and certification
• Achieve and maintain relevant certifications

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Technical documentation skills
• Project management experience
• Salesforce certifications preferred
