The Bikeleasing-Service is rapidly growing, and we are building teams in our departments. To maintain and further develop our high service level, we want to strengthen our Legal Team. Alongside our strong service mindset for internal stakeholders, we see ourselves as a strategic partner to accompany the company in light of significant growth. We need you! You are a fully qualified lawyer, business lawyer, or have a Master of Law and want to set legal directions in a dynamic environment? Then you are exactly right with us! As a Legal Counsel, you will continue to navigate the Bikeleasing Group safely through the economic law terrain and develop practical solutions for legal matters.

In Short

• Legal advice to our relevant stakeholders in all economic law matters
• Independent handling of legal questions and development of practical solutions
• Preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts
• Monitoring and assessment of legal and regulatory developments

Requirements

• You have a completed degree as a fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer or comparable qualification
• You have solid knowledge in contract drafting, review, and negotiation and are willing to familiarize yourself with new fields of law
• Your independent and conscientious working style distinguishes you
• You have already gained initial professional experience in a law firm focused on economic law or in a legal department of a company
• You have good English skills in both written and spoken form
