Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Area Manager who will passionately support and manage our specialist retailers. You will be the direct link to our bike leasing partner dealers, ensuring long-term, trustful collaborations.

In Short

• You will be the central contact for our partner dealers in the Bayern West or Baden-Württemberg region, supporting them in all matters related to bike leasing.
• You will expand our sales territory, assisting our retailers with growth strategies and integrating bike leasing into their business models.
• Through excellent customer service, you will help develop bicycle dealers as bike leasing partners and find tailored solutions for them.
• You will work closely with our Benefit Event Managers to optimally plan events and ensure their quality.
• You will document successes and insights in the CRM system and contribute to the continuous optimization of our sales through collaboration with our sales support and management.

Requirements

• You have previous experience in B2B sales and understand partner management.
• Your completed commercial training forms the basis for your professional appearance.
• You are an outgoing personality with a sales affinity, making it easy for you to approach people.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the bicycle world and contribute creative ideas for the further development of retailer support.
• You plan your appointments independently, keep track of your tasks effectively, and know how to impress our partners with excellent service and high-quality advice.
